ROSS WAGNER, BA
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ross Wagner has over 30 years experience in domestic and international business. He was a member of the Executive teams of Fortune 500 companies for twenty years, including positions of Controller and Superintendent. Ross has also been Vice President of Operations of several start-up companies, leading them in the successful expansion into new markets in the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. His experience includes General Manager of a small consulting company and formation agent of LLCs and corporations for foreign tax advisors and Fiduciaries. In that capacity, he formed over three hundred LLCs and corporations in various states.
Ross Wagner earned his degree in Economics at one of the most prestigious universities in the world, UCLA. He then completed further graduate work in Finance and Accounting.
JOAN WAGNER, BS, MBA
VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Joan Wagner also has over 30 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Manufacturing and business management, the past 13 with a major global automaker's advanced design facility in California. Prior to that, she owned and operated a successful accounting and consulting service in Torrance, California. From early in her career, she managed offices, accounting departments and supervised document publishing teams. She was most recently in charge of regulatory compliance, accounting and operations at her facility.
Joan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in High Technology Management, and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
CHRIS CATHER
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Chris Cather began his career in the United States Navy, where he went from a rank of Airman Recruit (E-1) to Petty Officer 2nd Class (E-5), usually a 6 year process, in a mere 2 years. While serving in the United States Navy, Chris entered the virtual world by running the UNIX network and the configuration management program of VX-9, a squadron that works in test and evaluation of Naval Aviation weapons, weapon systems, tactics, aircraft and technologies. Chris was responsible for billions of dollars worth of equipment and technology including nearly 100 aircraft (F-14 Tomcats, F/A-18 Hornets, Super Hornets, EA-6B Prowlers, AH-1W Cobras, and AV-8B Harriers), over 500 of pieces of support equipment, as well as the lives over 200 enlisted men and women and over 50 officers.
Chris left the United States Navy to pursue his education at Tennessee Technological University, until his employment at Earnware Corporation; an internet technology company in California. Chris’ technological knowledge, management, leadership skills and fierce determination helped launch Wellness.com, and led research and development of new internet technologies that completely reinvented Supercross.com, as well as dozens of other websites owned by Earnware Corporation and their clientele.
