We will track the documents and ensure that everything is completed in the time frame you elect. Complete packages are produced in the normal processing time for the state you elect. Some states process in 7 to 10 days, others will quote up to ten weeks and deliver even later. If you are not in a hurry, this is the package to choose.
Rapid packages are put together using whatever expedited methods we can employ. Some states offer faster service for additional fees (which we will pay if you elect this package) Courier services like UPS or FedEx will be used to ensure timely delivery and trackability.

In addition to complete filings and rapid service, you will receive a beautiful and professional binder, company seal, share certificates, and dividers to organize the various documents the state requires to be maintained. Your Bylaws or Operating Agreement, Meeting Minutes, Articles of Organization, Articles of Amendment and other important documents each have a place in this customized book, which will also look impressive to potential investors. Samples of the Operating Agreement and Meeting Minutes, along with good information about your chosen structure are included.
Shelf or "aged" LLCs Shelf companies are those that were formed in the past and held without any business operation whatsoever.
